Our Coaches

  • Andrea is a two-time Olympian (Rio and Tokyo) and the Canadian record holder for the 10,000-meter and half-marathon. A World Championship and Olympic finalist, she has competed at the highest level and trained with some of the world’s most successful training groups, including the Bowerman Track Club and Melbourne Track Club.

    She knows firsthand that confidence comes from preparation. Andrea thrived as an analytical problem solver when every detail was dialled in—from training and recovery to race-day execution. While she loves data and spreadsheets, she understands that not every runner does. That’s where she comes in.

    As a coach, Andrea takes care of the details that matter so you can focus on running. She brings precision, experience, and a thoughtful approach to every athlete’s plan—ensuring that when race day arrives, you’re prepared and confident in what you can achieve.
